Fuckin' just got back from the ever sooo awesome San Fransisco to go see one of the best bands ever created, EYEHATEGOD. This was a benefit show to raise money to free E.H.G. singer Mike Williams from jail. He got thrown in jail for some bullshit right after that whore Katrina destroyed everything. |
It was at a small warehouse in the industrial part of downtown S.F. The show was fuckin' sick. It started at like 4:00. The BBQ was blazin' early with Jimmy Bower mannin' the grill. $2.00 Tecate's plus cheap and stiff cocktails were bein' served up by some cool locals. Interview with JIMMY BOWER |

The sound was badass except the vocals were too low for every band. All the bands were pretty good except for some surf band that didn't fit. One band in paticular blew me away. THis band is call LAUDANUM. Go find em' om myspace and blow your brains out. Like Godflesh mixed with the Melvins and Sabbath. |
| Vocal duties (of Eyehategod) were filled in by this blonde chick with the most fucked up hairdoo I ever seen. It was like a helmet with sideburns down to her shoulders. She had a good voice but you couldn't here it. And she was doing her own thing so you couldn't sing along to to it in your head. EYEHATEGOD |

Good shit.We stayed till the end and then said by to our friends new and old (what up Blessing the Hogs, check them out!!!). Then went and ate red meat all the next day on my brothers pimp ass deck.
